Convocation Day

Well, College is very nice. I'm meeting lots of folks, and there's lots to do. We've had great concerts each night, including folk singers and a jazz group. On Sunday, I went to church with a couple of other art majors, nice people there. Today, we had convocation. All of the faculty and freshman class assembled, heard speeches, sang the alma mater, and marched in a line across campus. After that we had a picnic. I've stopped into the computer lab on my way back to the dorm from a meeting of the Ebonite Black Gospel Choir. I'm considering joining, or at least making a few t-shirt designs. Anyway, class starts tommorow. I'm excited about meeting my art professors. Until next time....
